To withdraw from a purchase within the deadline. You can print the form, copy it into an email or write to us in your own words: all three are valid.

How to withdraw

You have 14 calendar days to withdraw without giving a reason. They start on the day you receive the order or, if it arrives in several deliveries, the last parcel.
All you need to do is tell us your decision before the deadline: with this completed form or with any other clear statement, for example an email to hola@verdearia.com. Using the form is not compulsory.
You then have a further 14 calendar days to send the product back to us, rolled up and uncut. We explain how in our reply to your message.
We refund what you paid, including the initial delivery, within 14 calendar days of your notice. We may wait until we receive the product, or until you show us that you have sent it, before making the refund.

Remember that made-to-measure cuts are excluded from the right of withdrawal (Art. 103.c TRLGDCU); full uncut rolls and sealed accessories are not.
