You have 14 calendar days from receiving your order to withdraw from the purchase without giving a reason, in accordance with European consumer law.

If you withdraw from the purchase with no fault involved, you bear the direct cost of the return. Given the weight and volume of the grass, this is roughly between €40 and €90 depending on the quantity and destination. We can arrange collection with our courier and deduct it from your refund, which usually works out cheaper than arranging it yourself.
All products come with the 3-year legal warranty of conformity. Manufacturers also add a commercial warranty against discolouration from ultraviolet radiation, stated on each product's page (typically between 8 and 15 years).
