These terms govern the sale of products through this website to consumers and users under Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007. By placing an order you accept these terms in the version in force at that time.
Artificial grass is sold by the square metre. When you enter the area you need, the system calculates the billable quantity based on the roll width selected: the cut is made from the full roll, so the final quantity may be rounded up. Before adding the product to the basket, you will always see the exact quantity and the resulting amount.
Photographs are for guidance only. The colour perceived may vary slightly depending on the screen and lighting. If the shade is important to your decision, request a physical sample before buying.
All prices are shown in euros incl. VAT at the current standard rate (21%). Delivery costs are calculated and shown before you confirm the order.
The contract is concluded upon confirmation of payment. Until then, the order is recorded as pending and the stock is reserved for 60 minutes.
We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Bizum, processed by Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. We never have access to your full card details at any point.
The estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days from confirmation of payment for deliveries to mainland Spain. Delivery costs are 49,99 €, and free for orders of 500,00 € or more. Deliveries to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are quoted individually.
Orders over 30 m² may be delivered on a pallet at kerbside. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange the means for handling it on arrival.
You have 14 calendar days from receipt to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason. To exercise this right, let us know by email at hola@verdearia.com.
Exception applicable to made-to-measure cuts: under Article 103.c of RDL 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised. A roll cut to a size expressly requested may be excluded. We indicate this before you complete the purchase whenever it applies.
The direct cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer, unless the product is faulty or does not match what was ordered.
All products come with the 3-year legal warranty of conformity provided for consumers under RDL 1/2007. In addition, manufacturers offer commercial warranties of a specific duration against discolouration from UV radiation, stated on each product's page. The commercial warranty does not cover damage resulting from incorrect installation, improper use or normal wear and tear.
