Lead times start counting from confirmation of payment, not from when the order is placed. Orders with a made-to-measure cut placed before 2pm on a working day are prepared that same day.

How the grass is delivered

The grass travels rolled onto a cardboard tube and wrapped in film. Depending on the volume, it's sent by parcel courier or on a pallet:

  • Up to 30 m²: standard parcel delivery, to the address provided.
  • Over 30 m²: pallet delivery at kerbside. The courier does not carry the material up to properties or bring it inside.

A roll 4 metres wide by 10 metres long weighs approximately 100 kg. Plan for two people to handle it, or split the order into 2-metre widths if access is difficult.

When you receive the order

  1. Check that the number of packages matches the delivery note.
  2. Check the packaging before signing. If you notice any damage, note it in writing on the courier's delivery note: this is what allows you to make a claim afterwards.
  3. Unroll the grass and leave it laid flat for 24–48 hours before installing it. It recovers its shape after transport.

Tracking

As soon as the order leaves the warehouse, we send you an email with the courier and the tracking number. You can also check it at any time from the tracking link included in the confirmation email.

Questions about delivery

How long does delivery take?

Between 3 and 5 working days to mainland Spain from payment confirmation. Made-to-measure orders placed before 2pm on a working day are prepared that same day.

How does the order arrive?

Rolled onto a cardboard tube and wrapped in film. Up to 30 m² travels by standard courier with delivery to your door; above that amount it's sent on a pallet with kerbside delivery. Bear in mind that a 4 × 10 metre roll weighs around 100 kg: it's worth having two people on hand.

Do you deliver to the Balearic Islands, the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla?

Yes, but with a specific quote to cover the extra cost of sea freight and, for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs procedures and local taxes. Send us your postcode and the m² you need, and we'll give you a fixed price.

What do I do if my order arrives damaged?

Check the packaging before signing and, if you notice any damage, note it in writing on the courier's delivery note: that's what allows you to make a claim afterwards. Also check that the number of parcels matches the delivery note. Then get in touch with the shop with photos of the condition it arrived in.
