Commitment

VERDEARIA S.L. is committed to making this website accessible in accordance with Spanish Law 11/2023 of 8 May, which transposes Directive (EU) 2019/882 on the accessibility requirements for products and services. We use as our reference the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, level AA, as set out in the European standard EN 301 549.

Compliance status

This website is partially compliant with WCAG 2.1 level AA: it meets most of its requirements, but some parts may not yet do so. This assessment is based on a review carried out by our own team; no external audit has been carried out yet.

What we have done

Sufficient contrast between text and background.
Keyboard navigation, with the focused element always highlighted.
A “Skip to main content” link at the start of every page.
Alternative text for images that convey information; decorative ones are hidden from screen readers.
Forms with a label on every field and error messages that are announced to screen readers.
Reduced animations if you ask for them in your system settings.

Content that may not be accessible

Payment takes place on a Stripe page, which has its own accessibility policy.
PDF invoices may not read well with a screen reader. If you need it, we'll send you their details in another format.
Some third-party content, such as Google reviews, is outside our control.

How to report a problem

If you find something you can't use, or you need the information in another format, write to us at hola@verdearia.com or call us on +34 664091942. Tell us which page it is and what happens: we will reply within 20 working days at most.

If you are not satisfied with the reply, you can file a complaint with the consumer affairs services of your autonomous community, such as the Catalan Consumer Agency (Agència Catalana del Consum).
